Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index displayed mixed outcomes as several key companies reported fluctuating stock prices. Among the significant movements, COSMOCHEM ended at 17,840 with a decline of 170, while POSCO Holdings closed at 307,500, down by 1,000. On the other hand, some firms such as SLCORP and Yuhan saw an increase with SLCORP rising 200 to 39,100 and Yuhan elevating 6,200 to 125,800.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other companies also experienced varied performances. NHIS climbed 160 to reach 14,930, whereas SamaAlum fell by 100, ending at 28,200. LS faced a significant drop of 2,900, closing at 113,400, while HD Hyundai Heavy Industries saw a substantial decline of 11,500, settling at 287,000.

Meanwhile, GC Corp showed an upward trend, increasing by 1,400 to 133,400. In contrast, GS E and C saw a decrease of 260, closing at 17,180. DL also diminished by 500, ending at 33,850, while HANKOOK and COMPANY rose slightly by 110 to 16,310.

KIA CORP. increased by 2,100, closing at 100,800, whereas Hyundai Steel fell by 2,050, settling at 27,450. HYOSUNG TNC and CJ Logistics faced declines of 1,000 and 1,200, closing at 231,000 and 86,500, respectively. Notably, DOOSAN experienced a sharp decrease of 5,500, ending at 308,500.

The report highlights that Samsung SDI Co., Ltd. saw a rise of 500, closing at 202,000. Conversely, KPIC dropped significantly by 3,200, ending at 92,500. GS Retail closed at 14,890, marking a decline of 110, while Ottogi fell by 1,500, ending at 414,000.

Additionally, companies like Hanmi Science experienced an increase of 400, closing at 28,600. Samsung Electronics Mechanical and HiteJinro remained unchanged at 137,600 and 19,770, respectively. Hanssem rose by 200, ending at 43,950, while F and F declined by 700, closing at 65,700.

Furthermore, HDKSOE saw a decline of 4,000, closing at 207,000, and Hanwha Solutions decreased by 360, ending at 19,540. OCI Holdings dropped by 1,800, closing at 74,200, while LS Electric increased by 300, ending at 191,200.

KorZinc experienced a significant rise of 5,000, closing at 824,000, while Samsung Heavy Industries fell by 670, ending at 14,000. HD Hyundai MIPO declined by 2,000, closing at 103,200. Lastly, S-Oil and LG Innotek saw increases, closing at 57,800 and 167,300, respectively, with S-Oil up by 100 and LG Innotek up by 3,600.
