Seoul: Actor Kim Soo-hyun is set to hold a press conference Monday to address allegations that he dated late actress Kim Sae-ron when she was underage, his agency said. The conference will be held at a hotel in western Seoul at 4:30 p.m., with the actor attending alongside his legal representative. There will be no Q and A session, as he will only deliver a statement, Gold Medalist said.

According to Yonhap News Agency, this will mark the "Queen of Tears" star's first direct response to the controversy since March 10, when a YouTube channel and the actress's family first raised the allegations. Since then, both sides have exchanged claims and counterclaims.

On Thursday, the family of the late actress released what they said was evidence supporting their claims that the actress dated the actor while she was a minor.
