Many patrons are regulars, coming not only from Negeri Sembilan but also from Johor, Kuala Lumpur, and other states. Ikhbal takes pride in the diverse clientele, stating that one of his greatest joys is observing people from different backgrounds coming together.

The affordability of the menu appeals to many, with nasi lemak priced at RM1 and sweet and savory kuih starting from 50 sen, attracting low and middle-income groups. Ikhbal emphasizes that the eatery fosters an environment where racial differences fade away, and customers enjoy their meals and conversations without barriers.

Ikhbal's business thrives on the strong bonds formed with customers over the years. Many have become friends, and some even visit simply to chat. Supported by his family and nine employees, including local residents, the eatery operates daily from 6 to 11:30 am, offering a variety of breakfast staples.

The popularity of the eatery is evident, with sales reaching up to 1,700 packets of nasi lemak on weekends and public holidays. Ikhbal attributes his success to the loyal customer base, expressing gratitude for their continued support.
