Amman: Jordan will host an Arab ministerial meeting on Wednesday to address Israeli policies and measures in occupied Jerusalem. The meeting will include foreign ministers from Arab states that are members of the Arab Ministerial Committee, along with the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States and foreign ministers from Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia.According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the meeting aims to discuss the situation in Jerusalem, focusing on its Islamic and Christian holy sites. The objective is to formulate a common position against the escalating and illegal Israeli measures that target the identity of Jerusalem and its sacred sites.The committee, in addition to Jordan, comprises Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Iraq, Palestine, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States. The gathering reflects a concerted effort by these nations to confront the challenges posed by Israeli actions in the region.
