PUBLIC ADVISORY: ON THE CLOSURE OF CONSULAR OFFICES IN OBSERVANCE OF EID AL-ADHA ON 20 JULY 2021

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana and all Consular Offices (COs), except CO NCR Northeast (Ali Mall Cubao), will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, 20 July 2021, in observance of Eid Al-Adha. Passport, Authentication and other consular services shall resume on Wednesday, 21 July 2021.

Affected applicants are requested to take note of the following:

Passport clients (all passport appointments, including Courtesy Lane clients) in DFA Aseana shall be accommodated on 21 July 2021. For inquiries and other concerns, applicants may reach out by sending an email to oca.concerns@dfa.gov.ph or by calling (02) 8234 – 3488.

Passport appointments scheduled on 20 July 2021 in COs shall be accommodated on a different date and time within the next 30 days. Applicants are advised to check their emails for the updated schedule or reach out to the CO where their appointment is originally scheduled. For COs’ contact information, applicants may refer to https://consular.dfa.gov.ph/transparency/co-directory.

Authentication applicants originally scheduled on 20 July 2021 should have received their revised schedule via email. For concerns, applicants may reach out through oca.authentication@dfa.gov.ph or call 0966-410-8465 (Globe) or 0967-307-3111 (Globe).

The DFA also informs the public that schedules may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or policies implemented by local governments and establishments which host the DFA Consular Offices.
