As a result of an extraordinary Summit of the Heads of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Ankara, a number of documents were signed.
The heads of the member states of the Organization – Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan – signed the following documents:
– Ankara Declaration of the Extraordinary Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States
– About creation of the mechanism of civil defense of the Organization of the Turkic States.
An Agreement on the establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund was also signed between the governments of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States.
