Manila: Thirty-four party-list organizations participating in the May 2025 elections are poised to receive notices from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for breaching campaign regulations. Comelec Chairperson George Erwin Garcia announced in a forum on Wednesday that the notices are aimed at urging these organizations to take down their campaign materials.

According to Philippines News Agency, the groups slated to receive these notices include Trabaho, Act-CIS, Solid North Party, Dumper PTDA, Apec, Manila Teachers, BH-Bagong Henerasyon, 1Agila, Asenso Pinoy, 4K, Agri, Gabay, Philreca, A Teacher, Laang Kawal, and TGP. Also on the list are Tingog, 1Pacman, Apat-Dapat, Batang Quiapo, Magdalo, Nanay, Pamilya Ko, PPP, United Frontliners, Uswag Ilonggo, Ang Probinsiyano, Abang Lingkod, LPGMA, OFW, Kalinga, KM Ngayon Na, Pinoy PM, and Pinoy Workers.

Garcia highlighted that the campaign materials in question violate rules due to incorrect sizes, lack of environmental consideration, and improper placement. He emphasized that these groups have a three-day window to comply with the removal order. Failure to do so could lead to disqualification cases being filed against them.

The campaign period for senatorial candidates and party-list organizations commenced on February 11 and is scheduled to continue until May 10.
