Earlier today, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn was conferred the honorary title of Guest Professor by Zhengzhou University in recognition of Dr Kao’s achievements in the field of political science and international affairs. The ceremony was held at the Zhengzhou University campus. Following the ceremony, Dr Kao witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Zhengzhou University and The University of Cambodia.
