Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Enrique A. Manalo on the sidelines of the 56th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings in Jakarta today. They exchanged views on the state of ASEAN Community-building as well as ways and means to maintain ASEAN Centrality in the regional architecture.
