Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn delivered a special lecture at the Guangxi University on 'The Future of ASEAN-China Partnership.' Dr Kao reiterated that the ASEAN-China relations is one of ASEAN's most dynamic, substantive, and mutually-beneficial cooperation as evidenced by the multiple collaboration in the political-security, economic, and socio-cultural spheres.
