Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn highlighted ASEAN’s efforts in strengthening community resilience in his keynote speech at the 20th Southeast Asia Red Cross and Red Crescent (SEA RCRC) Leaders Meeting today. Dr Kao spoke on the need to advance the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between ASEAN and IFRC on the Strengthening of Community Resilience in Southeast Asia. The meeting was held in Phnom Penh.
