In a statement, Philippine National Police (PNP) acting chief Lt. Gen. According to Philippines News Agency, confiscated from the suspect were an estimated 25 kg of high-grade kush, 23 kg of dried marijuana leaves, 1,600 cartridges of suspected liquid marijuana, and 200 pieces of suspected marijuana-infused vape juice, all valued at PHP43.86 million.
The confiscated drug evidence and non-drug items, including marked money, weighing scales, and falsified identification cards, are now under police custody, while the suspect has been detained at the Taytay MPS Custodial Facility as appropriate charges are being prepared against him.
‘Let this serve as a clear warning to all who persist in the illegal drug trade. There will be no refuge, no safe passage, and no escape from the law. The PNP will strike swiftly, guided by our duty to safeguard the nation and the future of our youth,’ Nartatez said.
