DOLE sets nationwide inspection of alien-employing firms

The labor department has resumed inspecting establishments nationwide employing foreign nationals.

In an administrative order, Labor Secretary Silvestre H. The directives, which were contained in Administrative Order No. 14, Series of 2022, issued by Secretary Bello on January 21, also mandate the labor inspectors to verify the company’s legitimacy.
