Wang Yi pointed out that at present, China and the Philippines are actively negotiating on the next cooperation plan to further clarify the areas of cooperation and formulate a specific road map. We will continue to promote major infrastructure projects, implement a batch, plan a batch, reserve a batch, and create highlights and quality projects. We will continue to pay attention to the improvement of people's livelihood, promote employment and development with infrastructure and industrial park construction, and benefit more ordinary people in the Philippines. We will increase cooperation in skills training and technology transfer to help Philippine strengthen capacity building and improve industrial structure and industrialization.
Wang Yi emphasized that the second "One Belt, One Road" international cooperation summit will be held in Beijing next month and the leaders of the two countries will meet again. This will provide a new important opportunity for the two sides to further link the Belt and Road and Building Special Construction. The two sides will reach a series of new important consensus and sign more cooperation documents to open up broader prospects for the two countries to expand mutual benefit and win-win and share development and prosperity.
