The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Malolos, Bulacan (Malolos CO) and Temporary Offsite Passport Service Site in Malolos (TOPS Malolos) will be closed on Monday, 23 January 2023.

This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 117 dated 22 December 2022, declaring 23 January 2023 as a Special (Non-Working) Holiday in the Province of Bulacan, in celebration of the Anniversary of the Inauguration of the First Philippine Republic.

Applicants who need emergency or urgent consular services may contact the CO by email at [email protected]. Consular Services will resume on 24 January 2023
