The public is advised that operations at DFA Consular Office (CO) NCR West and TOPS SM Manila were suspended on 09 January 2023, pursuant to Executive Order No. 01, s. 2023 issued by the City Government of Manila declaring work and class suspension in the City of Manila to celebrate the Feast of the Black Nazarene.

All affected applicants shall be accommodated in any day from 10 January 2023 until 10 February 2023, Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, except during holidays and work suspensions.

Consular operations resumed on Tuesday, 10 January 2023.
