During the three-day expo, about 120 exhibitors from over 10 countries and regions, including China, Germany, India, Italia, South Korea, and Vietnam will showcase materials, products, machines and technologies relating to paper and pulp, said the Vietnam Pulp and Paper Association.

The event is expected to lure nearly 2,600 visitors from 30 countries and regions.

In the first five months of this year, Vietnam imported 777,000 tons of paper worth 720 million U.S. dollars, posting respective year-on-year decreases of 5.5 percent and 5.3 percent, the association said.
